About the Role: Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee housing and building management for a portfolio of affordable properties in Birmingham. This customer-facing role requires delivering excellent service and representing Pinnacle Group and its clients.

Location: Canary Wharf, London, with travel across Perry Barr and Oldbury. Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all property duties including void turnaround, viewings, sign-ups, mutual exchanges, renewals, inventories, ASB, legal notices, and court attendance.
  2. Conduct estate inspections and ensure communal areas are maintained.
  3. Handle tenant repairs and compliance, logging all activities via Qube PM software.
  4. Maintain accurate tenancy records.
  5. Perform property inspections and pre-checkout visits with tenants.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of affordable rent management, residential lettings, and the property industry.
  2. Understanding of housing legislation and current practices.
  3. Valid UK driving license.
  4. Experience in front-line Housing Management.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
