Team Overview

The role is within one of our London based teams with a portfolio mandate for one of our key clients. This client facing role is focused primarily on industrial, but has opportunities to deal with out of town retail and multi-let offices. You will also get involved with other client mandates providing variety day to day.

You will manage some of our clients’ key assets and site teams ensuring the highest levels of service delivery and client reporting. The team works in partnership with both the client’s asset managers and our internal teams of experts to deliver best in class services. We focus on operational excellence, customer engagement, Sustainability/Wellness, and Innovation. The client has a clear net zero carbon strategy.

Working primarily out of our Margaret Street office, the successful candidate will gain a wide breadth of experience and growth potential. The team is supported by market leading operational, ESG, and place shaping teams as well as systems.
