The role requires prior experience in both property management and team leadership within the sector. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance, supporting your team, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. A strong grasp of lettings legislation and the ability to manage people and processes effectively are essential.

What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Swindon
  • Managing a team of property managers at our Swindon and Bristol offices, splitting your time equally between the two locations
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
  • Performing property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Handling deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
