haart Estate Agents in Bristol are looking for a Property Management Manager to head up our local team and oversee a busy portfolio of residential properties. The role requires prior experience in both property management and team leadership within the sector. What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bristol

  • Managing a team of property managers at our Swindon and Bristol offices, splitting your time between the two locations
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bristol

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings

The Finer Details

To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need

  • Proof of Address
  • National Insurance
  • Drivers Licence Check

If you wish to use your own car for this role, it must be less than 10 years old. To be eligible for a car allowance, the car must be less than five years old.

At some point(s) in your application process, you may be required to interview via video call.
