About Us:

The Programme:

Our 18-month Residential Property Management Apprenticeship Programme is designed to prepare you for a successful career in the property management industry. You will study towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Housing & Property Management, gaining valuable work experience through our job rotation scheme which will provide you with knowledge across different business areas within RMG. This programme offers a unique opportunity to earn while you learn, with the potential to progress to a master's degree in Property & Investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend all training sessions, workshops, and reviews with the training provider.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each rotation.
  3. Continuously seek ways to improve current processes and share ideas.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues, keeping the customer at the centre of all activities.
  5. Actively participate in team activities, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
  7. Assist with careers events to share your experiences as an apprentice.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  1. IT skills, including MS Office Suite
  2. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  3. Flexible approach and ability to use initiative
  4. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  5. Positive attitude and enthusiasm

Preferred:

  1. Previous work experience
