Overview

Property Management Administrator - Hampstead, N6

A great opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our well established Independent Sales & Lettings management client in Hampstead, N6. The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary. Living local to Highgate would be a bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 properties
  • Carry out periodic property inspections
  • Ensure the entire managed portfolio is fully compliant (GSI/EICRs/EPCs/PAT Testing/Legionella Tests)
  • Obtain quotes from contractors and arrange maintenance works
  • Approve all works with landlords
  • Serve Section 21 notices
  • Deal with deposit returns
  • Book check outs and arrange end of tenancy cleans
  • Keep on top of all maintenance jobs
  • Respond to emails promptly
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills with good literacy
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Experience with property management software packages
  • Professional accreditation would be seen as a strong advantage
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise jobs
  • Full valid driving licence is essential
Salary and Hours

Salary Range: £27,000 - £30,000 - Dependent on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:50 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Parking permits and pool car available for inspections if not bringing a car to work.
