We are looking for a Property Management Administrator to join us at Huws Gray!

If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We’re the Huws Gray Group, made up of brands including Huws Gray, Hirebase, Civils & Lintels, The Timber Group, PDM, NDI, and Anglia Tool Centre. Our branches across the UK serve and support local communities with building materials, and we need the right people to help us grow.

As a Property Management Administrator, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Property Director, Head of Group Services, and Head of Property, as well as maintaining the property management database.

Here’s a quick overview of your responsibilities as a Property Management Administrator with Huws Gray:

  • Working with the finance team to ensure property rents are paid/received on time, liaising with landlords and managing agents as needed.
  • Coordinating weekly Property Team meetings and itineraries.
  • Managing the Property Director’s diary, arranging appointments, accommodations, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining a log of repairs and maintenance issues for reporting and cost tracking.
  • Expanding and managing the list of approved suppliers across the group’s regions, ensuring compliance with accreditation and insurance requirements.
  • Assisting the Facilities Manager with preventative maintenance programs and collating reports for remedial works.
