THE BASICS

Pay: We offer a competitive wage of $25.00 - $30.00/hour.

Schedule: Typical working hours are from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

YOUR DAY

As a Property Maintenance Worker, your work enhances the lives of our clients and elevates their living areas. You report to a central location before heading out to your job site, ready to tackle whatever needs to be done. This includes basic tasks like painting, finish carpentry, and installing door hardware. No matter what you're doing, you give every job your best effort!

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of construction or property maintenance experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to provide small tools

Experience as an on-site maintenance manager and finish carpentry would be but isn't required.
