About the Job:

A full time opportunity has arisen for a Property Maintenance Technician.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Carry out daily plant and equipment inspections and ensure systems are operating as intended.

Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance duties as directed by management

Carry fire, lift and safety checks as directed by management Liaise with colleagues on preceding shift and check log book for hand over information and action accordingly.

Carry out general building maintenance, including painting & decorating, light plumbing work, door lock repairs, carpentry and "making good". Some electrical knowledge would be advantageous.

Coordinate repairs or replacements as and when required

Liaise with external contractors when required.

Ensure the security of the building, including monitoring of the security camera

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualification

Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing experience.

Building maintenance experience in residential and hospitality environment.

Good communication skills

Understanding of local and industry regulations and compliance standards related to building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
