Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies are seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day property operations under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role focuses on maintaining the physical asset, solving mechanical issues, and ensuring safety standards while supporting guest services and lease renewals.

Responsibilities include training participation, inventory monitoring, and assisting with bids.

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent is required.
Ability to fluently read and write English.
Accurately perform intermediate mathematics.
One to two years minimum experience in community management maintenance or related trades.

Responsibilities

Attend and participate in technical training programs to maintain skills.
Organize, prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are done timely.
Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features to maintain curb appeal.
Assist with turnkey operations as needed.
Monitor inventory of parts and supplies at appropriate levels.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Support Maintenance Supervisor to keep staff motivated and efficient.
Maintain excellent customer service with residents, coworkers, vendors, and community.
Communicate effectively with residents and teams.
Work with Maintenance Supervisor on preventive maintenance programs.
Adhere to budgeted guidelines and safety policies.
Assist with maintenance of safety and hazard communications programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
