Property Maintenance Technician

Are you handy, reliable, and ready to take pride in keeping properties in top shape? Our client is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team in Sioux Falls, SD!

What You’ll Do:

• General property upkeep and grounds keeping
• Mowing, landscaping, and exterior maintenance
• Light electrical and plumbing repairs
• Communicate professionally with tenants and respond to maintenance needs
• Any other duties are tasks that may be asked of you

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay: $20/hour

Requirements:

• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
