Badminton Estate is seeking a Property Maintenance Surveyor to join our team. You will oversee repair, refurbishment and maintenance across a diverse portfolio including historic and heritage buildings, with responsibility for coordinating works, contractor management and ensuring high-quality outcomes on site.
You will work closely with the Clerk of Works and estate departments to deliver long-term maintenance strategies while supporting compliance and budget monitoring in a unique rural estate
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Property Maintenance Surveyor to join the team at Badminton Estate, one of the country's most prestigious and historic landed estates. Working across an exceptional portfolio of residential, agricultural, commercial and heritage property, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing buildings that form part of a nationally recognised rural estate.
This is a varied role offering far more than a typical maintenance position. You’ll be involved in everything from listed building repairs and refurbishment projects to contractor management, property inspections, compliance and planned maintenance programmes.
