Job summary

Lombard Operations is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to manage daily upkeep of a London & Surrey property portfolio. You will perform hands-on maintenance across carpentry, decorating, plumbing and electrical tasks, and coordinate external contractors when required.

The role requires practical maintenance experience, good problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid van-driving licence is preferred for on-site tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven practical skills in carpentry, decorating, plumbing and electrical work.
• Experience across repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Able to perform scheduled and preventative maintenance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
