The role

The Property Maintenance Project Coordinator will effectively manage maintenance and compliance for all existing and new stores within the portfolio, ensuring projects are completed timely and cost-effectively across the region.

  1. Manage and oversee repairs and maintenance of all existing stores.
  2. Coordinate with store teams to manage repairs and interventions.
  3. Communicate with external maintenance suppliers to organize interventions.
  4. Collaborate with shopping centre maintenance and technical teams.
  5. Consult with support departments (Store Development, IT, Logistics) weekly to meet project timelines.
  6. Handle any additional projects as directed by the Store Development Manager Europe.
About you
  • Experience in maintenance management.
  • Previous experience in the retail sector.
  • High level of customer service.
  • Communicative in French; Dutch is a plus.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Open and honest communicator.
  • Strong team player with leadership skills.
