Shift Engineer / Property Maintenance Officer

Imperial London Hotels Group based in Bloomsbury.

40 hours a week (5/7 days a week, flexibility required)

£32,445.00 + Benefits

We are seeking a Trade Specialist to join our property maintenance team. You will oversee daily maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, general repairs, painting, flooring, and ensuring guest bedrooms are well-maintained and immaculate.

Based in Bloomsbury, in the heart of London, you'll be part of the Imperial London Family of Hotels, a family-run company with over 185 years of history. We are rewriting the hospitality mindset, creating a new approach at our 8 hotels in Bloomsbury. What we’re looking for:

Essential:

• 2 years experience in Property Maintenance or similar role
• Level 2 Property Maintenance or similar trade qualification
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach to safety and functionality
• Team player in a busy environment
• Experience with maintenance management systems
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Desirable:

• Experience with Saeker and OPERA PMS System
• Experience working in hotels
