Job summary

Wonderfield Group is expanding its UK and European footprint and seeks a Head of Property to own reactive and planned maintenance, compliance, and budget management across the estate. You will lead and develop the Property team, using data and insight to drive informed, value-focused decisions, while collaborating with Retail, Finance, Procurement and Health & Safety to keep sites running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading property teams across multiple sites.
• Strong budget management and cost control capabilities.
• Ability to use data to drive property decisions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Property team across regional managers and maintenance administrator.
• Oversee reactive and planned maintenance to keep sites safe, compliant and operational.
• Drive delivery of the PPM programme, statutory compliance and remedial works.
• Monitor aged jobs and high-cost repairs, stepping in as needed.
• Drive contractor performance across national and regional suppliers with clear KPIs and SLAs.
• Own maintenance budget and forecast, identifying efficiency gains and value.
• Use property data to identify trends and inform lifecycle investments.
• Provide property performance reporting and regional scorecards to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Retail, Restaurants, Finance, Procurement and Health & Safety.
• Support capital projects, refurbishments, new openings and long-term investments with the Director of Property.
