Job summary

Wonderfield Group is seeking a Head of Property to take overall responsibility for reactive and planned maintenance across the estate. You will lead the Property team, ensuring compliance, cost control and data-driven decision making to support business growth.

The role focuses on driving contractor performance, delivering the PPM programme, and ensuring sites remain safe and operational. A senior leadership position reporting to the head office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop three Regional Property Managers and Maintenance Administrator.
• Oversee reactive and planned maintenance across the estate, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Drive delivery of the PPM programme, statutory compliance and remedial works.
• Monitor aged jobs, recurring issues, high-cost repairs and critical incidents.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure KPIs, SLAs and value for money.
