Job Details:

• Job Title: Property Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled)
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Starting Salary: £1800-£2000 per month PLUS BONUS (with potential for significant growth upon confirmation)
• Driving: Must have a valid driving licence and be willing to drive to jobs
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (with weekend availability for any emergencies)
• Work Location: In person around Maidstone, Ashford, Ramsgate and surrounding towns in Kent and SE London

Position Overview:

• As a Maintenance Engineer with us, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to become the number one professional landlord and property management company in SE England, known for our outstanding customer-centric approach and unmatched service offerings.
• As part of our hyper-growth phase, we are seeking a Maintenance Engineer who is ready to embrace new challenges and take on additional responsibilities and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your multi-skilled background in the building maintenance trade to provide high-quality repair, maintenance, and improvement services across a diverse portfolio of properties, including HMOs, residential properties, holiday rentals, and B&Bs.
• Exhibit a compassionate and approachable demeanor while delivering top-notch customer service to our valued tenants and guests.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills and qualifications, ensuring that you stay at the forefront of industry practices and advancements.
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both with our clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and efficient collaboration with departments such as lettings, holiday rentals, and property management.
• Maintain a tidy and professional work ethic while attending to our properties, leaving them in pristine condition after completing maintenance tasks.
• Utilize your full UK driving license to travel between properties promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two trades in the building maintenance industry, showcasing your multi-skilled expertise and versatility.
• You will be someone who has a comprehensive set of tools, perfect for all jobs, big and small.
• Never say ‘no’ attitude. You will be creative and will find ways to solve all sorts of property problems.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to interact positively with tenants, guests, and colleagues alike.

• A valid full UK driving license is essential for this role.
• Flexibility to work on weekends when needed, ensuring we can promptly address any urgent maintenance issues.
