Responsibilities:
- Utilize your multi-skilled background in the building maintenance trade to provide high-quality repair, maintenance, and improvement services across a diverse portfolio of properties, including HMOs, residential properties, holiday rentals, and B&Bs.
- Exhibit a compassionate and approachable demeanor while delivering top-notch customer service to our valued tenants and guests.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills and qualifications, ensuring that you stay at the forefront of industry practices and advancements.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both with our clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and efficient collaboration with departments such as lettings, holiday rentals, and property management.
- Maintain a tidy and professional work ethic while attending to our properties, leaving them in pristine condition after completing maintenance tasks.
- Utilize your full UK driving license to travel between properties promptly and efficiently.
- Benefit from the provision of a company van and uniform to support your work-related activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two trades in the building maintenance industry, showcasing your multi-skilled expertise and versatility.
- You will be someone who has a comprehensive set of tools, perfect for all jobs, big and small.
- Never say ‘no’ attitude. You will be creative and will find ways to solve all sorts of property problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to interact positively with tenants, guests, and colleagues alike.

- A valid full UK driving license is essential for this role.
