Job summary

The Wallich is seeking a part-time Cleaner/Caretaker to support a busy housing maintenance team across Wallich properties in Wales.

You will help minimise void periods, coordinate cleaning and upkeep, and undertake painting, decorating and light maintenance. A Basic DBS disclosure is required and a valid driving licence with access to own vehicle is essential.

The role is fixed term for 12 months, 20 hours per week, with days to be discussed on appointment.

Qualifications

• DBS disclosure required prior to appointment.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential.
• Pro rata salary stated; role is 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Manager and Housing Maintenance Officer to minimise void periods.
• Coordinate timely cleaning and upkeep across Wallich properties.
• Carry out painting, decorating and basic property maintenance tasks.
• Assist with risk assessments and completing basic forms.
