Growing property management and development company seeking a Property Maintenance Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for completing apartment turnovers, assisting with work orders, and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete unit turnovers in a timely fashion
2. Complete work and repair orders
3. Assist with routine preventive maintenance
4. Maintain material and supply inventory
5. Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
