Our client is a large commercial firm with offices across the country. They have an opening in their Newcastle office for a property litigation solicitor with over one year's PQE. You will assist the firm's commercial property clients with their property-related disputes. Ideally, you will have experience acting for national retailers, corporate occupiers, and developers. Your responsibilities will include areas such as dilapidations, rent arrears, business interruption, restrictive covenants, and adverse possession claims.
