Paris Smith LLP in Southampton seeks a Solicitor NQ to join its expanding Property Litigation team. The role covers a broad range of property litigation work for developers, retail chains, landlords and private individuals.

Qualifications

• The candidate is an NQ to 4 years PQE in property litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Drive and enthusiasm with client-focused mentality.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and dates.
• High attention to detail and accountability for own work.
• IT literate with proficiency in Word and document management systems.
• Interest in AI and how it can improve legal services.
• Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with changes in law.
• Knowledge of Property Litigation and potential experience with collective enfranchisement / telecoms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to other offices (Bournemouth, Winchester).

Responsibilities
