Job summary

G2 Legal is recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor in Exeter to handle a varied caseload for private clients, focusing on property, land disputes and civil dispute resolution. You will manage your own files, with opportunities to expand into other contentious areas based on your experience and interests.

The role involves residential possession claims, rent arrears, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, and related civil matters.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive qualification and relevant experience in property litigation, civil litigation or dispute resolution.
• Ideally 1+ years' PQE.
• Experience dealing with property disputes, land litigation or civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for your own caseload advising clients across a range of property, land and civil disputes.
• Your caseload is likely to include residential possession claims, rent arrears, landlord and tenant disputes and boundary disputes.
• There is scope to broaden experience across other contentious legal areas depending on interests and capability.
