Property Litigation Solicitor - Exeter

We are working with our top tier national law firm client, recruiting into their exceptional Property Litigation team in Exeter. As one of the firm's fastest growing departments, the team has an outstanding reputation and an enviable client base. This is a rare opportunity for an NQ Solicitor to launch their career working directly with leading Partners and senior lawyers who are genuine experts in their field. True NQ roles of this calibre are hard to come by.

The Role

You’ll join a high performing Property Litigation team handling a broad and stimulating range of disputes. Expect exposure to high quality work from day one, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant matters for major national brands
• Building Safety Act issues
• Rights of way, adverse possession, harassment and boundary disputes
• Commercial and residential service charge disputes
• Property insolvency and secured recoveries
• Specialist education sector property work, including academy conversions and school mergers

You’ll work closely with Partners and senior fee earners, gaining early responsibility, direct client contact and the chance to manage your own matters within a supportive team.
