Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years' PQE
• Experience handling property litigation matters

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of property litigation matters under supervision
• Handle files from initial enquiry to completion
• Advise clients on a broad range of property disputes
• Draft correspondence, court documents, pleadings and statements
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, Counsel and courts
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Attend hearings, mediations and client meetings
• Assist with business development and grow the department's profile
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
