Qualifications

• Managing real property disputes incl. boundary issues, adverse possession and easements.
• Handling Landlord and Tenant Act renewals and opposed renewals.
• Managing commercial disputes incl. forfeiture, relief from forfeiture and break notices.
• Advising on joint venture disputes and property-related insolvency matters.
• Leading disclosure in courts; drafting witness statements; managing trial steps.

Responsibilities
