Qualifications

• NQ–3 PQE in property litigation with solid disputes experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of landlord and tenant matters, rent reviews, dilapidations, and lease renewals.
• Manage building and development disputes and land acquisition work.
• Oversee possession actions, enforcement matters, and title disputes.
• Develop client relationships with genuine responsibility and mentorship from senior lawyers.
• Contribute to strategic caseload planning and maintain high-quality advocacy.
