Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate - Taunton

A highly regarded Top 100 law firm are looking to grow their Property Litigation team with the hire of a Solicitor (18 months+ PQE). This is a fantastic chance to join a large, recognised team that's consistently ranked in the legal directories and known for its expertise across the full spectrum of property disputes.

Responsibilities
  • Telecoms disputes, particularly around the Electronic Communications Code
  • Landlord & tenant work (commercial and residential) - lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge disputes, dilapidations
  • Possession actions, trespass and squatter claims
  • Building & development, land acquisitions, strategic options, purchaser claims

You'll be joining one of the largest specialist Property Litigation groups in the UK. The client base includes well-known household names, social housing providers, property owners and managers giving you a great mix of complex, high-profile and varied work.

Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 18 months' property litigation experience
  • Desire to play an active role in business development
  • A specific interest or experience in telecoms/ECC disputes would be an advantage
