Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience)

Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Property Litigation Solicitor or Associate with 1+ year PQE to join one of the UK's largest and most respected Property Litigation teams. With offices in Bristol, Cardiff, and Taunton, this national firm offers the rare combination of top-tier work, a collaborative culture, and genuine flexibility.

The Role

You'll advise a broad range of clients including household names, social housing providers, and property managers. Your caseload will include:

  • Telecoms disputes and mast removal under the Electronic Communications Code
  • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
  • Possession actions, trespass and squatter claims
  • Lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, and service charge disputes
  • Strategic land and development-related litigation

You'll be supported by a large, well-structured team with clear progression pathways and access to high-quality work across the UK.
