Simpson Judge is recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate (3+ PQE) to join its Land & Property Dispute Resolution team in the Manchester Area.

The role involves managing an independent caseload and handling contentious property matters, including landlord/tenant disputes, lease renewals, and related court work, with drafting and instructing counsel as needed. It also includes business development and growth contributions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload while collaborating with experienced Partners and senior fee earners.
• Handle contentious property matters including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, break clauses, forfeiture, restrictive covenants, and easements.
• Draft court documents, correspondence, attend hearings, and directly instruct counsel and experts.
• Engage in business development and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
