The role

Property Litigation Solicitor | Witham | NQ+

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will:

  • Work alongside an experienced Senior Associate while managing your own varied caseload
  • Act for commercial developers, landlords, and individual clients across disputes including lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges, and restrictive covenants
  • Advise and represent clients on landlord and tenant matters, injunctions, adverse possession claims, and boundary disputes
  • Play a proactive role in building strong relationships with clients, agents, and professional contacts
  • Get involved in networking and business development to raise your profile and contribute to the team's growth
