Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a Top 100 ranked legal practice that is home to a specialist Property Litigation Solicitor based in Birmingham.

Within this Property Litigation Solicitor role, your caseload of files may include matters such as:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Forfeiture and possession claims
• Dilapidation claims
• Insolvent tenants
• Restrictive Covenant disputes
• Development agreements
• Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustee disputes
• Residential lease extension and freehold purchases

The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE within Property Litigation, can work well under pressure, is an expert in their field and is looking to really establish themselves for the long-term.
