Job description

Property Litigation Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Telford, £45,000+ (DOE) – Are you a driven Solicitor with at least one year’s experience in Property Litigation? Looking to join a forward-thinking, employee-owned law firm with a reputation for excellence? If so, this is the role for you. JOB REF: 0755.

THE ROLE:
  1. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload.
  2. Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value property litigation matters.
  3. Representing both individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters.
  4. Handling a varied caseload including commercial lease renewals, residential landlord & tenant disputes (including possession claims and enforcement), Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues, and boundary disputes.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  1. Minimum of 1 year PQE in property litigation.
  2. Solid knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedures.
  3. Confidence in pre-action processes, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy.
  4. Strong client care skills, excellent communication, and commercial awareness.
  5. Proactive, organized, and a team player.
