Job summary

TSR Legal - Wales in Cardiff seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a well-regarded property litigation team.

You will handle a broad range of contentious property matters, including leasehold disputes, landlord and tenant issues, service charge disputes and possession proceedings. You will take ownership of matters, interact directly with clients and develop your career within a collegiate, ambitious firm.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years PQE in property litigation or housing disputes.
• Strong technical knowledge of leasehold, landlord/tenant and service charge issues.
• Commercially aware and capable of handling clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of contentious property matters, including leasehold disputes and landlord and tenant issues.
• Manage service charge disputes, possession and forfeiture proceedings, and building safety matters.
• Take responsibility for own matters and work directly with clients and colleagues.
• Progress and develop complex and high-quality property disputes within a supportive team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in Central Cardiff, with ambitious plans for continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least two years PQE who is looking to join a strong and established property litigation practice and take the next step in their career.

The successful solicitor will handle a broad range of contentious property matters, which may include leasehold disputes, landlord and tenant issues, service charge disputes, possession and forfeiture proceedings, building safety matters and wider property litigation.

You will be joining an experienced team with a strong track record and will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters, work directly with clients and become involved in increasingly complex and interesting disputes.
