Job summary

TSR Legal in Cardiff is seeking a Housing & Litigation Solicitor to manage a varied caseload in housing and property disputes. You will work closely with a Partner and the broader team to deliver high-quality advice and representation and to grow the Cardiff office.

The role requires at least 2 years’ PQE in housing and property litigation, with a client-focused approach and strong communication skills. You will join a supportive team at an exciting stage of growth with clear progression

The Role

You will manage your own caseload whilst working closely with a Partner and the wider team on a varied range of housing and property disputes.

The work will include housing and leasehold management, property litigation, injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes and general property disputes.

You will have the opportunity to work on high quality matters, develop your existing expertise and take real responsibility for your clients and caseload.

The Person

You will be a Housing and Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE and experience of handling a varied litigation caseload.

You will ideally have experience or a genuine interest in housing and property litigation. You will have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a client focused approach.

You will be a self starter who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and is looking for a long term career opportunity with a firm that invests in its people.
