You will handle landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and other property-related matters, while supporting senior lawyers on complex litigation and engaging in business development to grow client relationships across the SME and individual

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation.
• Strong experience handling a range of property disputes.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting senior lawyers on complex litigation matters.
• Excellent research skills and familiarity with legal resources.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and driven.
• Confident building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes.
