Responsibilities

• You will be advising and representing clients across the full spectrum of real estate and property disputes. Typical caseload includes:
• Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
• Boundary, easement and right of way issues
• Lease renewals and dilapidations
• Possession claims and trespass matters
• General real estate disputes for both corporate and private clients

You'll be joining a collaborative litigation team with strong market reputation, where career progression is actively encouraged.
