Litigation Solicitor – Property & Mortgage Litigation
Location: Central Manchester (Fully Office-Based)
PQE: NQ – 5 Years
Salary: Up to £50,000

I’m currently working with a long-established, specialist law firm in central Manchester that’s looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor with experience in Commercial or General Civil Litigation who wants to develop their expertise within Property and Mortgage Litigation. The firm offers excellent training and hands-on support, with clear routes for progression.

About the Role:
You’ll be working as part of a small but well-established litigation team, focusing on a high volume of mortgage enforcement and property litigation matters. The work is varied and includes:

• Possession proceedings
• Arrears recovery
• Mortgage fraud investigation
• Title rectification
• Disputes relating to registered and unregistered land
• Property-related debt recovery
• Professional negligence claims involving property

The firm has a strong client base that includes financial institutions, lenders, and property professionals. This is a fully office-based role in a central Manchester location, offering an excellent environment for learning, development, and close mentoring.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5 Years PQE)
• Experience in litigation (commercial, civil or property litigation)
• Desire to specialise or expand your practice into mortgage/property litigation
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Keen to work in a supportive, tight-knit team with great exposure to clients
