Property Litigation Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – Manchester & Preston

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm with offices in both Manchester and Preston is expanding their Property Litigation team and looking to appoint a talented individual to join their respected practice.

The Role:

You will play a key role in a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, advising commercial clients, landlords, tenants, developers, and housing associations. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Handling a full spectrum of property litigation cases including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary disputes, rights of way, and dilapidations.
  • Advising on both contentious and advisory aspects of property-related matters.
  • Representing clients in court, tribunal, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Supporting senior team members on more complex matters, while also running your own caseload.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with at least 2 years’+ PQE (more senior applicants also welcome).
  • Strong background in property litigation.
  • Agricultural experience would be beneficial.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Commercial awareness and drive to progress within a Legal 500 environment.
