Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor
Salary Range: £45,000 to £55,000
Location: Leeds City Centre
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of commercial property disputes, including lease disputes, rent arrears, service charge issues, dilapidations claims, and property-related contractual disputes.
• Providing strategic and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are protected in complex and high-value matters.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as lease agreements, notices, pleadings, and settlement proposals.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, as well as in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes such as mediation and arbitration.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
