Property Litigation Solicitor

Leading, well-regarded law firm looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor into their Kendal offices.

Our client is a Top 100 ranked legal practice that is known for their workplace culture, collaborative approach to caseloads, hybrid/flexible working options and keenness to get involved in making a difference with the wider community.

They are looking for someone who is confident in their own ability and can really hit the ground running within the Property Litigation team. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be working on your own caseload of:

• Break rights
• Property disputes
• Change of use
• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Enfranchisement
• Dilapidation disputes

The successful candidate will ideally have 1+ years PQE within Property Litigation, can work well under pressure, is an expert in their field and is looking to really establish themselves for the long-term.
