Our client is a leading law firm based in Brighton and within a 10-minute walk of the main train station. The firm has over 80 staff and an established, reputable name in the local area. Their client base covers local, London and international work. They are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team.

Working for a large and successful firm, you will join a friendly, professional and personal practice. The firm can accept candidates with a variety of legal experience, from Legal Executive / Paralegal through to Solicitor level. The department acts for a wide range of corporates, investors, commercial and residential landlords, and has a wide range of clients in the local area as well as acting for a number of large estate agents in the City.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload in property litigation matters.
• Provide high-quality advice to clients, including corporates, investors, and landlords.
• Work collaboratively with the team and Senior Partner to ensure timely, effective case progression.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development where appropriate.
