Our client is seeking a junior property litigation solicitor to join their busy department in Hampshire. You will be working on the whole range of matters in a close supportive team, with a real opportunity for progression for the right candidate and a competitive remuneration package on offer.
This firm is a specialist in property litigation matters and you will deal with a wide range of cases including both commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, possession claims, forfeiture, debt collection, boundary disputes, rent reviews, disrepair claims, and deposit disputes.
General litigation solicitors with a strong understanding of property disputes will be considered. Overall, this is an excellent opportunity to undertake great quality work and boost your career with a highly regarded practice.
