Service Care Legal are working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm based in Essex is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable firm known for its client-focused approach, collaborative culture, and high-quality property litigation work across a diverse range of sectors.

The Role:

You will play a key role in advising clients on a broad spectrum of contentious property matters, including but not limited to:

  • Residential Possession
  • Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • General Property and Land Disputes
  • Commercial and Residential Block Management Issues
  • Estates and Property Portfolio Management
  • Disputes involving Property Agents
  • Planning and Development Disputes
  • Agricultural Land and Tenancy Matters

You will be working alongside experienced colleagues, handling your own caseload, supporting junior team members, and contributing to the ongoing development of the department and client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Property Litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge across the areas listed above
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Experience in business development and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Able to work independently while also contributing to a team
