Property Litigation Solicitor | 2+ | Top firm | Nottingham

An award-winning and well-regarded national law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Legal 500 recognised team based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving department working on high-value and complex disputes for a mix of commercial clients and institutional landlords.

The Role:
· Advising clients on a broad range of contentious property matters including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, breach of covenant, lease renewals (1954 Act), dilapidations, possession claims, and rights of way issues.
· Acting for a diverse client base including national retailers, commercial landlords, housing associations, developers and local authorities.
· Working as part of a large, collaborative litigation team with access to excellent support and resources.
· Opportunity to get involved in business development and grow your personal profile in the region.

The Candidate:
· A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with between 2-6 years' PQE in property litigation (more senior candidates are welcome to apply too).
· Strong technical knowledge of contentious property law with the ability to manage files independently.
· Commercially minded with excellent client care and communication skills.
· A team player with a proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for property disputes.
