Property Litigation Solicitor (2-4 years')

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded team based in Edinburgh. This position is ideal for someone with 2-4 years’ PQE looking to build their career in a team that operates at the intersection of commercial property, rural land and housing law.

You will advise on a wide range of contentious property matters, including lease disputes, boundary and title issues, Land Court applications and professional negligence claims. The role offers regular advocacy opportunities and exposure to the Sheriff Court, Court of Session, Scottish Land Court, Lands Tribunal and the Housing and Property Chamber (First-tier Tribunal for Scotland).

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Commercial Real Estate and Rural Land & Business, gaining access to a broad and complex client base spanning commercial, agricultural and private estates.

Key areas of work include:

  • Recovery of rent and service charges
  • Dilapidations and lease irritancy
  • Unauthorised occupier removals
  • Boundary and title rectification disputes
  • Planning appeals and housing law matters
