Overview

Property Litigation Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Birmingham City Centre, £45,000+ (DOE) – Are you a driven Solicitor with at least one year’s experience in Property Litigation? Looking to join a forward-thinking, employee-owned law firm with a reputation for excellence? If so, this is the role for you. JOB REF: 0908

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing your own caseload.
  • Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value property litigation matters.
  • Representing both individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters.
  • You will have a varied caseload of property litigation matters to include commercial lease renewals, residential landlord & tenant disputes including possession claims and enforcement, Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues and boundary disputes
Skills / Qualifications
  • Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 1 year PQE in property litigation.
  • Solid working knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedure.
  • Confident with pre-action, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy.
  • Strong client care focus, communication skills, and commercial awareness.
  • Proactive, organised, and a great team player.
