Job description

Property Litigation Solicitor, 1-2 Years PQE, Essex, £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) - A new opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing and dynamic Dispute Resolution department. JOB REF:9968.

THE ROLE:
• Manage a varied property litigation caseload from start to finish
• You will handle a diverse caseload of commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession claims, boundary disputes, Party Wall Act disputes and restrictive covenants
• Provide strategic advice on property-related issues including planning enforcement and restrictive covenants
• Represent clients at hearings, including advocacy where appropriate
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the strategic growth of the department
• Actively participate in business development and networking events to enhance your personal profile and the firm’s presence

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 1–2 years’ PQE in Litigation, with demonstrable experience or interest in Property Litigation
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent commercial awareness
• Strong communication, file management, and time management skills
• Confidence in developing client relationships and working independently when needed
• Drive to contribute to a busy and respected Dispute Resolution team
