Property Litigation Solicitor | Bath | 1+ PQE

A leading firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its well-regarded Dispute Resolution team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 year's PQE to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative environment. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, from major corporates to landlords, tenants, and private individuals.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing a broad caseload of property-related disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, possession claims, and issues arising from commercial and residential property.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of property litigation, from pre-action correspondence through to hearings and settlement.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver joined-up advice across different practice areas when required.
  • Contributing to business development activities and strengthening client relationships.
About You
  • A qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in property litigation.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience across landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, and other property-related claims.
  • Able to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision while working as part of a wider team.
  • A confident communicator who can build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
