Ashford, Kent | £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE) | Permanent

An established and reputable legal practice in Kent is seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong background in property litigation and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, construction disagreements, insolvency issues, debt recovery, and contested wills.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the Dispute Resolution department through networking and relationship-building.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on departmental initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to firm policies regarding time recording, accounts, and administrative protocols.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years PQE in Dispute Resolution or Property Litigation.
• Proven experience managing a variety of litigation cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., ATAPS) is advantageous.
• A proactive and confident approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Competitive salary of £60,000–£70,000, dependent on experience.
